"Do it"

Even the simplest line shines when delivered by Cary Grant. Case in point, from "North by Northwest":

Grant (as Roger Thornhill) to cabbie: "I'm being followed. Can you do something about it?"
Cabbie: "Yes I can."
Grant: "Do it."

That tone. The steely glance that accompanies it.

Two words.

Damn.

Nice blog! I am not sure that my previous comment posted...(a google verification mishap occurred) So here goes, again. I am evidently daft as I did not know any of the answers to the questions in your email. Hopefully, I will learn more from what's to come on your future blogging adventures. Film Education by Megan - sounds like a blast! Stop by my blog when you get a chance: mccjamie.blogspot.com - it's random and frequently senseless for the most part - but hopefully worth a chuckle!
